Hi all Thanks for taking the time to look at our ad! We are Chris, Ed, Rebecca and Louisa. We are looking for a fifth housemate to take the place of the lovely Carmel. Although we are sad to see her go I'm sure YOU, yes YOU, are the right person to take her place! Doesn't matter whether you're a guy or girl as long as you are in your twenties, friendly and a professional we'll be happy. The house is great, was recently extended and refurbished top to bottom. The room is fully furnished and a good size. It's well priced at £350 too as that includes all bills bar gas and electric and we even have a fortnightly cleaner in that price. We're a 5 minute walk away from both Withington village and Mauldeth Rd train station so access into town is easy whether its bus or train you want.
