Two floors, a big living room/kitchen facing the backyard (great for bbq and get tanned), a shed to store bikes, a toilet downstairs and two fully fitted bathrooms upstairs. the downstairs bedroom is huge with double bed while the one upstairs is a bit smaller but still big. the price is £250 and includes council tax and water. Gas, electricity and internet come around £35 a month. This price is a bargain regarding the house and the area. We are three professional guys with plenty of time to socialise. We usually play sports everyweek, mainly, football on Saturdays (with friends) and baseball on Sundays (Club). We like to commute by bike. We're looking for someone who is up to all this kind of stuffs and more... Someone friendly, clean and tidy, who know how to live in a houseshare.
