Hello my name is John, i am 25 and i have a double room available to rent in the flat i currently live in Fallowfield on Egerton road. Due to work circumstances my current flat mate needs to move out at the end of February so i am looking for someone to take on the room until July 1st when the contract expires. If all goes well then we can look at renewing together for the next year ideally. The flat is cosy and the room is a decent size. I am an easy going guy, i like to socialise and have fun so someone who is also like this would be great. This wouldn't be my flat it would be half each so it would be your home as much as mine. The flat is 5 minutes from Sainsburys in Fallowfield walking and all the shops and bars. It's also a great location for getting into town or the airport and we have a train station 'Mauldeth road' around the corner. Rent is 270 per month and bills work out about 110 - 120 each at the moment including council tax but will be less in the summer months. Couples, singles, male, female.
